NO CAll/NO show
If you No call/No show, you will no longer be-able to book with me again in Future. As well, the card that you have on file will be charged the full price of the service(s) that you were scheduled for.
LATE POLICY
Being more than 10 minutes late to your appointment will results in a cancellation fee & will need to be reschedule. If you are late that will push me into my next clients appointment. This would not be fair to my next client who showed up on time for their appointment. If you are late this will eat into your appointment time, I will do what I can in the time remaining but I will not rush!
cancellations
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU OR A FAMILY MEMBER ARE EXPERIENCING ANY ILLNESS SYMPTOMS PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. PLEASE GET IN CONTACT WITH ASAP. NO SHOW WILL STILL BE CHARGED. I CAN NOT AFFORD TO GET SICK, I AM MY FAMILY’S LIVELY-HOOD!!!!
If you come in sick I will send you home & there will be a 50% charge to card on file. You know when you or a family member is sick, your service can wait until you are healthy.
If you need to cancel a 48hours notice is required otherwise there will be a penalty charged to the card on file.
If you cancel within 24hours or SAME DAY , you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. BETWEEN 24-48HOURS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE APPOINTMENT COST!
If you NO show to your appointment that is reserved just for you, you will be charged for 100% of the appointment cost!!!! AND will no longer be able to book with me.
